La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links Golf Resort is an exclusive golf club located in one of the most privileged enclaves of the Costa del Sol, close to emblematic places such as Valderrama or Sotogrande1. It offers its clients the opportunity to enjoy two world-class golf courses: LINKS and HEATHLAND1.

The Links course, situated in a privileged position overlooking the Mediterranean, the iconic Rock of Gibraltar, and Africa in the distance, features one of the best panoramic views in Spanish golf2.

Originally designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark, the par-72, 18-hole championship layout opened in 1992 and is among only a handful of links-style courses in southern Europe2. In 2021, it was the subject of a major upgrade and renovation by acclaimed American architect Kurtis Bowman, being transformed into a modern and sustainable golf course2.

It is remodeling all the tees, greens complexes, and bunkers and redesigning a series of holes, creating one of the largest putting-surface areas in Spain2. It is a challenging course with unique views.

Featuring wide fairways, double greens, large, strategically located bunkers, and gentle slopes that descend towards the sea and end in a beautiful beach, the layout runs along almost two kilometers of stunning coastline, with many holes bordering the beach2.

The new route has been opened even further to the sea and offers one of the best views of the Costa del Sol over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, and Africa, which can be seen from all its greens
